Terms of Use
TTL64 Computer · version 2026-10-08
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan or using the services of TTL64 Computer, you declare that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Service
TTL64 provides cloud computing services, including computers, microVMs, Kubernetes clusters, volumes, endpoints and other related resources.
Some resources are ephemeral and may have a maximum lifetime, called TTL — Time to Live.
The resources, limits and features available may vary according to the plan subscribed.
2. Account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials, API keys, kubeconfigs and other means of access to the platform secure.
If you suspect unauthorized access or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify TTL64 as soon as possible.
3. Plans and computer-hours
Plans may include a monthly amount of computer-hours.
Each computer size has its own consumption multiplier.
For example:
- Small: 1 computer-hour per hour;
- Medium: 2 computer-hours per hour;
- Large: 4 computer-hours per hour.
Clusters are made up of independent computers.
A cluster with, for example, a control plane and a node consumes the computer-hours of both computers for as long as they remain provisioned.
The prices, multipliers, allowances and limits in effect are those shown on the platform at the time of subscription or use.
4. Billing
Compute is billed per started hour.
Any fraction of an hour counts as a full hour for billing purposes.
Examples:
- 10 minutes = 1 hour;
- 59 minutes = 1 hour;
- 1 hour and 10 minutes = 2 hours.
You are billed for the computing resource being made available during the started hour, regardless of how much CPU, memory, network or other resources were actually used in that period.
Deleting, shutting down or terminating a resource during an hour already started does not generate a credit or a prorated charge.
Computer-hours included in the plan and not used during the corresponding cycle do not accumulate, are not converted into money and do not carry over to following cycles, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Usage beyond the included allowance may be charged at the prices in effect.
5. Subscription and renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically every cycle until they are cancelled.
The monthly fee may be charged automatically to the payment method on file.
Cancelling prevents future renewals, but does not cancel amounts already due, resources already made available or usage already incurred.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Payments for subscriptions, computer-hours, additional resources and services already made available or consumed are, as a rule, non-refundable.
There will be no refund or prorated credit for:
- cancelling before the end of the subscribed cycle;
- included computer-hours that were not used;
- terminating a resource during an hour already started;
- low use of CPU, memory, network or other resources while the computer is provisioned;
- resources correctly provisioned and billed in accordance with these Terms.
A refund or correction may be made in the case of an undue charge, a duplicate charge, an error demonstrably attributable to TTL64, or when required by applicable law.
Nothing in this clause removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
7. Disputing charges
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact TTL64 support and provide the information needed for review.
TTL64 may use provisioning, usage and billing records, platform events and other technical records to verify the charge.
Amounts correctly billed according to the plan subscribed, the quantity of resources, computer-hours, started hours and other commercial rules will not be cancelled, refunded or converted into credit merely because the customer later disagrees with the usage incurred.
This provision does not prevent the legitimate dispute of undue charges, nor does it restrict rights mandatorily guaranteed by applicable law.
8. Ephemeral resources
Computers, clusters and other resources may be terminated automatically when they reach their defined TTL.
After termination, data stored only on ephemeral resources may be permanently removed.
You are responsible for using persistent volumes or keeping independent backups when you need to preserve information.
9. Availability
TTL64 strives to keep its services available, secure and stable, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, except where a specific SLA applies to the service subscribed.
Maintenance, failures of hardware, software, network, datacenter or external suppliers, or other events may cause temporary unavailability.
10. Acceptable use
Use of the platform is subject to the TTL64 Acceptable Use Policy.
We may suspend resources or accounts involved in fraud, abuse, attacks, security compromise, non-payment or violation of these Terms.
Situations that pose an immediate risk to TTL64, to other customers or to third parties may be suspended immediately.
11. Data and backups
Content stored or processed by the customer remains the property of the customer.
Unless a specific backup service is subscribed, TTL64 does not guarantee backup copies of data stored on the platform.
You are responsible for keeping independent copies of data you consider important.
12. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the TTL64 Privacy Policy and applicable law.
We may process information needed to operate the platform, for authentication, billing, support, security, fraud prevention and compliance with legal obligations.
13. Changes
TTL64 may update these Terms, the characteristics of the services, limits and prices.
Relevant changes related to recurring subscriptions will be communicated before they take effect when necessary or required by applicable law.
Continued use of the services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new conditions, subject to the rights legally guaranteed to the customer.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
Mandatory rights provided by applicable law, including those arising from the Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor) and the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) when applicable to the relationship, remain preserved.
